The Bryelle Marshall video is already starting to go viral. Marshall, 23, was stopped on suspicion of drunk driving and the evidence is all on tape.
Popdust is leaving any judgement on Marshall’s sobriety to the experts on the Internet, but it’s clear that this routine DWI stop was anything but normal.
According the website of the City of Albequerque, Marshall was stopped after her vehicle was reported driving recklessly, and charged with Battery, Aggravated DWI, and an expired license plate. The website goes further into detail by saying that Ms. Marshall appeared to be asleep at the wheel.
According to CABQ.gov:
A DWI officer was on scene giving Marshall instructions on how to complete the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFSTs) to which she responded by doing cartwheels in front of officers. The DWI officer gave her several opportunities to complete these tests to which she appeared to be having a difficult time comprehending what the officer was requesting. The officer explained to her several times that this was a serious matter and she continued to laugh. During the time the officer was attempting to demonstrate the tests, Marshall completed another cartwheel and struck the officer in the back. At this point Marshall’s opportunities to complete the tests were over and she was arrested.
…Based on the observations officers made of Marshall’s sobriety this situation could have been a lot worse. DWI is a serious offense and officers take this very serious. It is unfortunate decisions are made to drive after drinking.
Which leads to the next big question: is Bryelle Marshall the new Danielle Bregoli?
Bregoli, known mainly as the girl who says “Cash me ousside, howbow dah?” on Dr. Phil, rose to Internet fame after appearing on Dr. Phil last year. Will Bryelle Marshall be February’s Miss Cash Me Ousside? Only time will tell, but the people-becoming-famous-for-doing-stupid-shit trend is on the rise, and people are up in arms.
Consensus may be that Marshall is stupid, but the hos are still laughing.
