A time for reflection. The Kardashian-Jenner clan celebrated Thanksgiving on Thursday, November 24, but it was a bittersweet day as one member of the family, Kanye West, remained hospitalized with his wife, Kim Kardashian, a constant presence by his side.
While the rapper was still in an L.A. hospital after being transported in an ambulance after a medical emergency on Monday, November 21, some of the family members got together for a lavish get-together at Kylie Jenner's home.
The youngest of the famous siblings pulled out all the stops for the celebration, with a table decorated with a huge centerpiece of cascading white roses and gold pumpkins.
The makeup maven, 19, shared Snapchat pics and videos from the day, including videos with her boyfriend, Tyga, sister Kendall and mom Kris.
Kourtney Kardashian was there with her three children and declared on Snapchat that the "kids table is the best seat in the house."
Caitlyn Jenner also attended and posted a photo with her daughters on Instagram. The former Olympian later celebrated with the remaining members of the Jenner clan, including sons Brody and Brandon and ex-wife Linda Thompson.
Meanwhile, Khloé Kardashian was 3,000 miles away in Cleveland, spending her first Thanksgiving with boyfriend Tristan Thompson. Her holiday table also boasted large bouquets of white roses and the Strong Looks Better Naked author documented her meal prep with Snapchat videos that showed her making the dough for cinnamon rolls and cooking smoked turkey legs and boiling sweet potatoes.
In a post on her website on Thursday, Khloé wrote that this year she's "overly thankful" for her family. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, who filed for divorce for a second time from husband Lamar Odom in May, continued, "We've been through a ton of trials and tribulations mixed with blessings on blessings on blessings. When times get tough, my family seems to thrive and band together. We find a way to always persevere. Rise above the ashes!!"
"Without my crazy, chaotic, amazing family, I'm not sure how I could have gone through some of the things that I was tested with this year," she added. "I'm sure we say we are all thankful for our families. I think that is the most beautiful thing to be thankful for, but every night I thank the Lord for blessing me with the world's best support system and team of unconditional love."
